1. Re-start the robot. Press the start button until it is shut down and wait for 3 minutes to restart it.
2. Please kindly connect the network again.
After checking all the solutions, if it also failed, please contact us via support@neakasa.com with the below information:
①Order number ②Photo or Video that shows the problem ③SN number of the robot(Remove the dust box)

cannot get the app to login. very frustrating.. UPdated 2 day old Neakasa app down loded from apple and the Iphone 14 is updated on ios 17.5.1
I am going to send the thing back if I can't get the app to load on my phone
