Please follow the steps below to check:
1)Ensure daily feeding is under 800g; avoid inserting whole mushroom packets.
2)Press the air vent button and check for airflow under the carbon box.
3)Stop feeding for 24 hours to allow the humidity sensor to recover.
4)Check if the carbon box is damp or moldy; air-dry and clean the air outlet filter with a brush.
5)Replace the bacterial pack and use the appliance as instructed.
