Goes off completely from my iPhone. Why don’t you fix this shit
Why no 5G support? What am i supposed to do if I only have 5G?
Why tell us to upgrade the firmware and then give no link to the procedure? I can see wifi signal level, IP address, etc yet my device shows offline. Sounds like an issue with app and servers instead! So I tried to logout, logged back in and my device was magically a vacuum I dont own. Then my session expired. WOW
I have tried everything when I restart the M1 it is connected for a short time then goes offline again. Absolutely useless device fix this! Hitting the Update firmware button does nothing. Just shows updating then complete but the version number is clearly the old one. I love the overall device but software makes it unusable.
