Please confirm that the customer's mobile phone network is normal.
Then uninstall the app and re-download the latest version of the Neakasa APP from the app store.
After checking all the solutions, if it also failed, please contact us via support@neakasa.com with the below information:
①Order number ②Photo or Video that shows the problem ③Registered email address ④SN number

A verification code is needed to create an account though the app, but the verification code is never received despite adding email address and multiple attempts.
