Why is there no message notification when the waste bin is full?

step1：Please update the firmware version to the latest version
step2:Then open the notification authority . For detailed instructions, please refer to the video.
If it can not solve your problem, please contact us via support@neakasa.com with the below information:
①Order number ②Photo or Video that shows the problem ③SN number.

    Following the link above, I've tried everything, but it's only a temporary fix. The warning message persists, and the waste bin isn't working despite plenty of free space. I need to disable the sensor via the app. Where do I need to adjust the settings? Unless there's a firmware update that allows disabling the sensor, as it's causing inconvenience. I've seen many others experiencing the same problem.I hope to receive a solution from you soon.
     
    I just need to disable the sensor. Please help.
